摘要
为解决清洗水在轴流压气机盘轮毂凹腔内无法排出的问题,对轴流压气机盘轮毂进行优化设计,并对优化后的轴流压气机盘的排水功能、零件强度、振动及寿命进行分析。结果表明,优化后的轴流压气机盘排水效果明显,零件变形量及强度储备系数变化较小,振型及振动频率变化较小,且疲劳寿命变化也较小。优化后的轴流压气机盘满足某型发动机的使用要求,优化方案可行。
In order to solve the problem that the cleaning water cannot be discharged in the concave cavity of the axial compressor disc hub,the design of the axial compressor disc hub was optimized,and then its drainage function,parts strength,vibration and life were analyzed.The results show that the optimized axial compressor disc has obvious drainage effect,small changes in part deformation and strength reserve coefficient,mode shape and vibration frequency,and so as to fatigue life.The optimized axial compressor disc can meet the requirements of a certain type of engine,and the optimization scheme is feasible.
