摘要
中华人民共和国人力资源社会保障部于2020年6月下发通知,决定实施《农民工稳就业职业技能培训计划》,面向广大农民工群体,开展大规模、广覆盖和多形式的职业技能培训。通过笔者的实地问卷调查与访谈,发现仍然有很多新型农民不愿意参与到职业农民的技能培训与继续教育中来,有的抱有很消极的态度、有的对培训内容不是太满意、有的对新型农民的培训教育有自己的观点。针对此类情况,笔者专门对淮安市新型农民的培训意愿影响因素进行了研究并进行深入剖析,找到阻碍淮安市在新型职业农民培训方面的主要因素。
The Ministry of human resources and social security of the people's Republic of China issued a notice in June 2020,deciding to implement the vocational skills training plan for farmers'stable employment.And carry out large-scale,wide coverage and multi-form vocational skills training for the majority of migrant workers.Through the author's field questionnaire and interview,it is found that there are still many new farmers who are unwilling to participate in the skill training and continuing education of new farmers.Some have a very negative attitude,some are not very satisfied with the training content,and some have their own views on the training and education of new farmers.In view of this situation,the author specially studied and deeply analyzed the influencing factors of the training willingness of new farmers in Huai'an City,and found the main factors hindering the training of new farmers in Huai'an City.
