水泥改良强风化千枚岩路基填土试验研究

摘要 为研究水泥改良强风化千枚岩路基填土的路用性能,以南昌地区典型的强风化千枚岩为研究对象,通过正交试验开展了两种不同养护条件下的改良土体无侧限抗压强度试验,并对水泥改良强风化千枚岩的加固机理进行了分析。结果表明,水泥掺量是影响改良效果的主要因素,改良后无侧限抗压强度随着水泥掺量的增加呈明显增高的趋势,其中最佳配比推荐为水泥掺量25%、含水量25%、含石率20%进行施工。水泥改良后强风化千枚岩填料的强度随养护龄期延长而增大。经浸泡养护的试样强度同干燥养护的试样相比呈现降低的趋势,水泥改良强风化千枚岩试样能够满足路基的强度要求。 In order to study the road performance of cement modified strongly weathered phyllite as subgrade fill,the unconfined compressive strength test of modified soil under two different maintenance conditions was carried out by orthogonal test,taking typical strongly weathered phyllite in Nanchang as the research object,and the strengthening mechanism of cement modified strongly weathered phyllite was analyzed.The results show that the cement content is the main factor affecting the improvement effect.The unconfined compressive strength after improvement shows an obvious increase trend with the increase of cement content.The best ratio is recommended to be 25%cement content,25%water content and 20%stone content.After cement modification,the strength of strongly weathered phyllite filler increases with the extension of curing age.The strength of the sample cured by soaking shows a decreasing trend compared with the sample cured by drying.The cement modified strongly weathered phyllite sample can meet the strength requirements of the subgrade.
