摘要
创建了HPLC-RID测定夫西地酸钠软膏中十六醇含量的分析方法。采用Phenmenex C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(85∶15)为流动相,流速为1.2mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,示差折光检测器检测温度为40℃,进样量20μL。实验结果表明,在线性范围内,线性相关系数为0.9997,有良好的线性关系。平均加标回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.8%,表明该方法专属性强,重复性良好,准确度较高,为夫西地酸钠软膏中十六醇含量测定提供新的方法。
A HPLC-RID method for determination of cetyl alcohol in fusidic sodium ointment is developed in this paper.Cetyl alcohol was determined by HPLC-RID with Phenmenex C18column,the mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water(85∶15)at the flow rate of 1.2mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 35℃,RID was used as detector and the temperature was 40℃,the injection volume was 20μL.This method had good linear relationship within the range,r is 0.9997 for cetyl alcohol.The average recovery was 97.3%(RSD=1.8%).This method is specific,reliable and accurate,which could provide a new method for determination of cetyl alcohol in fusidic sodium ointment.
