摘要
采用3D打印及硅胶翻模技术改进了离心式叶轮的熔模铸造工艺过程,通过大量实践,研究及制定了合理的工艺流程,最终制造出了合格的离心式叶轮制品。结果表明:熔模铸造工艺融入3D打印及硅胶翻模改进术后可以制备出表面质量及尺寸精度合格的离心式叶轮零件。
The investment casting process of centrifugal impeller has been improved by 3D printing and silicone rubber demould technology.Through a lot of practice,a reasonable process flow has been studied and formulated,and finally qualified centrifugal impeller products have been manufactured.The results show that the centrifugal impeller parts with qualified surface quality and dimensional accuracy can be produced by the improved investment casting process incorporating 3D printing and silicone rubber demould technology.
