超临界CO_(2)提取牡丹花精油及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:4

Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Essential Oil from Peony Flower and Its Antioxidant Activity

摘要 对牡丹花精油的超临界提取工艺及其抗氧化活性进行研究。在单因素试验基础上,以时间、温度、压力为影响因素,以提取率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计试验对超临界CO_(2)提取牡丹花精油工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为温度38℃、压力27 MPa、时间2.7 h,此条件下牡丹花精油的平均提取率为2.26%,与预测值2.29%接近。抗氧化活性研究表明,牡丹花精油对DPPH自由基具有较强的清除作用,其半数清除率IC_(50)为1.783 mg/mL。 The optimization of supercritical extraction of essential oil from peony flower and its antioxidant activity were studied.On the basis of single factor experiment,choosing extraction yield as evaluation index,the Box-Behnken response surface method was performed to optimize the extraction condition of essential oil from Paeonia flowers,with extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction pressure as influencing factors.The results showed that combined with the practical operability of the extraction process,extraction temperature 38℃,extraction pressure 27 MPa,extraction time 2.7 h were determined as the optimal extraction process.The average extraction yield was 2.26%,which was close to the theoretical value of 2.29%.This study could provide a theoretical reference to extracting essential oil from Paeonia flowers.Antioxidant activity studies showed that peony essential oil exhibited excellent ability of scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals,with an IC_(50)value of 1.783 mg/mL.
