摘要
目的观察益气通络醒脑汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特对中风后遗症的疗效。方法将我院96例中风后遗症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组服用马来酸桂哌齐特,观察组采用益气通络醒脑汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗。比较两组临床疗效,Fugl-Meyer运动功能(F-M)上肢、下肢、失语指数(AQ)、吞咽功能检查(VFSS)、Barthel指数(BI)、吞咽生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分,患侧咀嚼肌、舌骨上肌群、舌骨下肌群肌电积分值(IEMG)和中位频率(MF)。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组F-M上肢、下肢、AQ、VFSS评分均高于治疗前,观察组F-M上肢、下肢、AQ、VFSS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患侧咀嚼肌IEMG、MF,舌骨上肌群IEMG、MF,舌骨下肌群IEMG、MF、BI、SWALQOL评分均高于治疗前,观察组患侧咀嚼肌IEMG、MF,舌骨上肌群IEMG、MF,舌骨下肌群IEMG、MF、BI、SWAL-QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气通络醒脑汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特对中风后遗症的临床疗效显著,明显提高运动和语言、吞咽功能,提高生活能力。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Tongluo Xingnao Decoction combined with cinepazide maleate on stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 96 patients with stroke sequelae were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with cinepazide maleate,and observation group was treated with Yiqi Tongluo Xingnao Decoction on the basis of observation group.The curative effects,Fugl-Meyer motor function(F-M)upper extremity,lower extremity,aphasia index(AQ),swallowing function test(VFSS),Barthel index(BI),swallowing quality of life scale(SWAL-QOL)score,the Integral electromyography(IEMG)and median frequency(MF)of affected side masticatory,suprahyoid,and infrahyoid muscles were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the F-M upper extremity,lower extremity,AQ,and VFSS scores were higher in both groups than those before treatment,and were higher in observation grouphan control group(P<0.05);the IEMG and MF of affected side masticatory,suprahyoid,and infrahyoid muscles,BI and SWAL-QOL were higher in both groups than those before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo Xingnao Decoction combined with cinepazide maleate has a significant clinical curative effect on stroke sequelae,significantly improved motor,language,swallowing function,and improves living ability.
