摘要
传统核酸检测技术依赖于以热循环为基础的聚合酶链式反应和昂贵的检测仪器,不适合现场快速检测。快速检测的发展趋势应是低成本和便携式仪器,结合了等温扩增技术和可视化检测技术的核酸可视化检测在现场快速检测领域有着巨大的发展潜力和应用前景。本文综述了等温扩增技术和可视化检测技术的种类及特点,并对核酸可视化检测技术在现场快速检测中的应用进行了展望。
Traditional nucleic acid detection technologies rely on thermal cycle-based polymerase chain reaction and expensive detection instruments,which are not suitable for rapid field detection.The trend for rapid detection is convenience,low cost and portable instruments.Therefore,nucleic acid visual detection combining isothermal amplification technology and visual detection technology has great development potential and application prospect in the field of field rapid field detection.This paper summarizes the types and characteristics of isothermal amplification technology and visual detection technology,and prospects the research of nucleic acid visualization detection technology in rapid field detection.
