摘要
为确保西安地铁一号线盾构下穿时陇海铁路的运营安全,对下穿段地质薄弱细砂层采用帷幕注浆与加固注浆施工工艺进行路基预加固处理,并在陇海铁路下穿路基段开展袖阀管注浆参数试验和线路沉降控制分析。结果表明:帷幕注浆建议选择P·O 42.5R水泥、水灰比0.8、水玻璃掺量10%的双组分浆液;加固注浆建议选择P·O 42.5R水泥、水灰比0.8的单组分水泥浆液,每延米注浆量为0.3~0.4 m^(3);通过精细化注浆控制,可将陇海铁路线路最大沉降变形控制在5 mm以内,为西安地铁一号线下穿徐兰高速铁路路基提供理论和技术支撑。
In order to ensure the operation safety of the Lanzhou-Lianyungang railway when the shield of Xi’an metro line 1 under-crossed,curtain grouting and reinforcement grouting construction technology were used to pre-reinforce the subgrade of the geological weak fine sand layer in the underpass section.Moreover,the grouting parameter test of sleeve valve tube and settlement control analysis of the line were carried out in the underpass subgrade section of Lanzhou-Lianyungang railway.The results show that P·O 42.5R cement,water cement ratio of 0.8 and water glass content of 10%are recommended for curtain grouting.It is recommended to select P·O 42.5R cement and single-component cement slurry with water cement ratio of 0.8 for reinforcement grouting,and the grouting volume is 0.3~0.4 m^(3)per meter.Through fine grouting control,the maximum settlement deformation of the Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway Line can be controlled within 5 mm,and it can provide theoretical and technical support for Xi’an metro line 1 to cross the subgrade of Xuzhou-Lanzhou high speed railway.
