摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,社会对于石化产品的需求不断增加,然而石化作业过程中会产生严重的污染,相关部门针对这一状况出台了排污许可制度,要求只有经过许可的单位才能够作业。在此背景下,相关行业要加强对排污的管理,保证满足许可规范。所以,排污许可证在很大程度上实现了对环境的保护,本文从石化企业排污许可证入手,浅谈证后管理的重要性以及管理策略。
With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the social demand for petrochemical products is constantly increasing.However, the petrochemical operation will occur in the process of great pollution, the relevant departments have issued a sewage permit system in view of this situation, only through the permitted units can carry out the operation. In this context, operators in related industries need to strengthen the management of pollutant discharge to ensure that they meet the standards of licensing. Therefore, the pollutant discharge permit is to a large extent to realize the environmental protection, this paper starts from the petrochemical enterprise pollutant discharge permit, and discusses the importance of management after the certifi cate and the management strategy.
