摘要
目的观察宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者实施手术室护理配合路径的效果。方法选取40例子宫内膜息肉患者,均实施宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施手术室护理配合路径。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率0明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者实施手术室护理配合路径效果显著,在手术指标、护理满意度、并发症方面优势明显,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of operating room nursing in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods 40 patients with endometrial polyps were selected for hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received operating room nursing coordination route.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than control group,and the blood loss was less than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation room nursing coordination route for patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection has significant effects,and has obvious advantages in terms of surgical indicators,nursing satisfaction and complications,which is worth popularizing.
