荆山湖进退洪闸工作门启闭机改造方案分析及思考

摘要 2020年7月安徽省遭受特大洪涝灾害,汛情严重,进退洪闸启闭机启动时出现短暂堵转、启动困难现象。为选择最佳改造方案解决荆山湖进退洪闸工作门启闭机启闭堵转问题,提出2种启闭机改造工程方案并进行比选分析,得出结论:在对水闸闸门启闭机改造过程中,应该从投资、施工难度、施工工期等多方面综合考虑,选择技术上可行、施工难度小、工期上合理,后期运行稳定的方案,并在后续运行管理中加强管护,实现长远条件下水闸运行安全。 In July,2020,Anhui province suffered a severe flood.During the startup of the hoist of the advance and retreat flood gate,there was a temporary locked rotor and it was difficult to start.In order to select the best transformation scheme to solve such problem of the Jingshan Lake flood gate,two schemes of hoist transformation engineering are proposed and compared.It is concluded that in the transformation process of the sluice gate hoist,the scheme that is technically feasible,less difficult to construct,reasonable in construction period and stable in later operation should be selected from the aspects of investment,construction difficulty and construction period.The management and protection shall be strengthened in the follow-up operation management process to realize the safe operation of the sluice under long-term conditions.
