球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19和甲维盐对斜纹夜蛾的协同作用及制剂研究 被引量:1

摘要 菌药复配可弥补各自的不足,为害虫防治提供了新的思路。为明确球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)的相容性及其联合毒力和复配制剂,本文测定了不同浓度甲维盐和球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19混合后对菌株孢子萌发和菌落生长的影响,测定了球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19与甲维盐联合使用对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫的毒力,并根据最优菌药组合对复配制剂进行了研究。结果表明:球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19和甲维盐有较好的相容性;0.5~20 mg/L甲维盐处理的球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19在第3天时孢子萌发率为96.11%~98.01%;在第7天时0.5 mg/L、2.5 mg/L、5.0 mg/L甲维盐处理球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19的菌落直径分别为42.95 mm、44.50 mm、41.98 mm,与空白对照差异不显著。球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19和甲维盐组合1×10^(8)孢子/mL+1.5 mg/L、1×10^(8)孢子/mL+0.5 mg/L和1×10^(7)孢子/mL+1.0 mg/L第7天时对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫校正死亡率分别为100%、95%和95%,高于其他菌药组合和菌药单剂,3种组合致死中时(LT_(50))也比单用球孢白僵菌SCAUJH19短。复配剂油悬浮剂第3天时对斜纹夜蛾2、3、4、5龄幼虫的致死率最高均为100%。复配剂可湿性粉剂第3天时对斜纹夜蛾2、3、4、5龄幼虫的致死率最高分别为96.39%、94.58%、83.33%、100%。复配剂油悬浮剂和可湿性粉剂对斜纹夜蛾幼虫有明显毒杀作用,油悬浮剂对高龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫的致死力要优于可湿性粉剂。 The combination of entomogenous fungi and pesticides could make up for their shortcomings and provide new strategies for pest control.In order to determine the compatibility of Beauveria bassiana SCAUJH19 with emamectin benzoate and their joint toxicity and compound preparation against Spodoptera litura,this study determined the effects of different concentrations of emamectin benzoate mixed with B.bassiana SCAUJH19 on conidia germination and colony growth of the strain, the toxicity of the combination of B.bassiana SCAUJH19 and emamectin benzoate to S.litura 2nd instar larvae, and conducted the compound preparation according to the optimal combination of fungi and pesticides.The results showed that B.bassiana SCAUJH19 had good compatibility with emamectin benzoate.The minimum conidia germination rate of B.bassiana SCAUJH19 treated with 0.5 mg/L-20 mg/L emamectin benzoate was 96.11%-98.01% after 3 days of inoculation.On the 7th day, the colony diameters of B.bassiana SCAUJH19 treated with 0.5 mg/L,2.5 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L emamectin benzoate were 42.95 mm, 44.5 mm and 41.98 mm, respectively, which had no significant difference compared with the control.Different combinations of B.bassiana SCAUJH19 and emamectin benzoate 1×10^(8) conidia/mL+1.5 mg/L,1×10^(8) conidia/mL+0.5 mg/L and 1×10^(7) conidia/mL+1.0 mg/L induced 100%,95% and 95% corrected mortality rates of instar larvae of S.litura after 7 days of application, which were significantly higher than mortality rates observed for individual treatments of B.bassiana SCAUJH19 or emamectin benzoate.The median lethal time(LT_(50)) values observed for three combinations were also lower than those observed for individual treatments of B.bassiana SCAUJH19 or emamectin benzoate.The oil-based emamectin benzoate+B.bassiana formulation caused 100% mortality of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th instar larvae after 3 days of treatment.The highest mortality rates of S.litura 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th instar larvae induced by wettable powder were 96.39%,94.58%,83.33%,and 100% after 3 days of treatment.The compound oil-based suspension concentrates and wettable powder showed considerable efficacy against S.litura larvae, and the lethality of oil suspension concentrate on S.litura mature larvae was better than that of wettable powder.
