摘要
黄芪具有补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿等多种功效。结合中医古籍、医家经验及现代药理研究成果,认为黄芪的症靶为肢体活动不利、肌肉无力、疮毒内陷、脏器下垂、肢体麻木等,标靶为尿蛋白升高、血糖不稳、白细胞降低、T淋巴细胞亚群紊乱等;此外,黄芪及其有效成分可调节免疫功能,并且对心脑血管疾病、神经退行性病变、肿瘤等具有一定治疗作用。黄芪的综合毒性试验显示其无明显长期毒性和急性毒性,《中国药典》规定黄芪用量为9~30 g,临床内服多应用9~120 g,最大可至500 g。临床应结合症靶、标靶灵活应用。
Milkvetch root has a variety of effects,such as invigorating qi and raising yang,consolidating superficies for arresting sweating,inducing diuresis for removing edema.Based on the modern pharmacological research achievements,it is believed that its symptom targets are impotent limb movement,muscle weakness,soretoxin sinking inward,drooping of organs,limb numbness,etc.,while its biochemical indicator targets include proteinuria,unstable blood glucose,low white blood cells,T lymphocyte subsets disorders,etc.In addition,milkvetch root and its active components can regulate the immune function,and have certain therapeutic effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,tumors,etc.The comprehensive toxicity tests on milkvetch root show that it has no obvious long-term toxicity and acute toxicity.The Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the dosage range of milkvetch root is 9-30 g,and 9-120 g is mostly used for clinical oral administration,with the maximum of 500 g.Its clinical application should be flexible in combination with its symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets.
