摘要 随着人们经济水平的不断提升,汽车逐渐成为人们日常出行的交通工具,而汽车的安全性备受关注。汽车在线生产中零部件的检测技术非常关键,其发展和可靠性对汽车综合质量影响巨大。文章基于激光测量技术和视觉测量技术探究在线检测系统,阐述激光测量技术和视觉测量技术的相关内容,分析在线检测系统在实际生产中的应用效果。在线检测系统可以有效解决对尺寸精度、安全性标准要求严格的零件加工问题和在线实时测量的相关问题,具有极高的现实推广价值。 With the continuous improvement of people’s economic level, car travel has become people’s daily means of transport, making the safety of the car has received much attention. The detection technology of parts is very important in the online production of automobile, and its development and reliability have great influence on the comprehensive quality of automobile.Based on the laser measurement technology and the vision measurement technology, this paper explores the on-line measurement system, expounds the related content of the laser measurement technology and the vision measurement technology, and analyzes the application effect of the on-line measurement system in the actual production. The on-line inspection system can solve the machining problem and the related problem of on-line real-time measurement, and has the extremely high practical popularization value.
