冠心病痰瘀互结证动物模型研究现状与展望 被引量:2

Research status and prospect of the coronary heart disease animal model of phlegm-stasis cementation syndrome

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)是威胁人类健康的常见临床疾病,冠心病痰瘀互结证是冠心病的主要证候类型。文章通过归纳总结冠心病痰瘀互结证的临床研究及病证结合动物模型的研究概况,分析冠心病痰瘀互结证各动物模型的区别,并以冠心病痰瘀互结证小型猪模型为例简述其构建进程与拟临床研究思路。对冠心病病证结合动物模型研究的问题进行探讨,有利于冠心病痰瘀互结证病理变化多层次、多角度阐述,对临床前研究具有重要意义。笔者浅析冠心病痰瘀互结证动物模型研究现状,以期为冠心病动物模型研究提供新的研究思路。 Phlegm-stasis cementation syndrome is the main syndrome type of coronary heart disease(CHD),which is a common clinical disease that poses threat to human health.Therefore,we focus on the clinical research on the CHD of phlegmstasis cementation syndrome and the animal model of disease and syndrome combination.This article analyzes the differences of various animal models of CHD of phlegm-stasis cementation syndrome,and takes minipig as an example to sketche the process of model establishment and simulates the progress of clinical research.Besides,this study aims to explore the sticking point of the research on CHD model of phlegm-stasis cementation syndrome,which is conducive to explain the multi-level and multi-angle of the pathological changes of it.This is of great significance for preclinical research.In this paper,we analyze the research status of CHD animal model of phlegm-stasis cementation syndrome,in order to provide a new idea for the animal model of CHD.
