摘要
中医整骨手法在颈椎病的非手术治疗法中占据重要地位,探究颈椎整骨手法的生物力学机制,将手法操作量化、客观化、标准化,总结归纳其生物力学核心要素,有利于手法的教学训练考核和临床诊疗规范的制定,使手法操作更加安全高效,进一步推动中医颈椎手法的继承创新。笔者查阅整理了近年来国内外关于颈椎整骨手法的生物力学研究论著,拟从技术参数的测量、不同手法技巧力学规律及手法的临床和教学应用3个方面进行综述。
Chinese manual therapy plays an important role in the non-operative treatment of cervical spondylosis.Exploring the biomechanical mechanism of Chinese cervical osteopathic manipulation and quantifying,objectifying,and standardizing the manipulation is conducive to the clinical standardization.It is conducive to the teaching,training and assessment of manipulation and the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment norms with summarizing the core elements of biomechanics,which makes cervical manual therapy safer and more effective.In this paper,the authors have reviewed and arranged the research works on cervical manual therapy at domestic and international in recent years,and summarized it from three aspects:measurement of technical parameters,mechanical law of different manipulation skills,and clinical and teaching application of Chinese cervical manual therapy.
