摘要
试验旨在研究在基础日粮中添加黄粉虫粉对肉鸡生长性能及养殖效益的影响。选取1日龄体重相近肉仔鸡480只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只(公、母各半)。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮添加4%、8%和16%的黄粉虫粉替代豆粕。试验期42 d。结果显示,1~42日龄,8%替代组、16%替代组肉仔鸡末重和平均日增重显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,4%替代组鸡肉的滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组肉仔鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著升高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。各试验组肉仔鸡血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,仅4%替代组提高了养殖经济效益。研究表明,在肉仔鸡日粮中使用4%黄粉虫粉替代豆粕的效果较好。
The experiment was to study the effect of Tenebrio molitor powder added to basic diet on growth performance and breeding efficiency of broilers. A total of 480 one-day-old broilers with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 40 broilers in each replicates (half in male and female). The broilers in control group were fed with a basal diet, and broilers in experimental groups were supplemented with 4%, 8% and 16% Tenebrio molitor powder instead of soybean meal in basal diet, respectively. The test period was 42 d. The results showed that from 1 to 42 d, the end weight and average daily gain of broilers in 8% replacement group and 16% replacement group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the drip loss of chicken meat in 4% replacement group was significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum SOD activity of broilers in each test group were extremely increased (P<0.01), and MDA content of broilers in each test group were extremely in each test group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The serum ALB content of broilers in each test group increased significantly (P<0.05), while the TC content decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with control group, only 4% replacement group improved the economic benefits of farming. The experiment indicates that the use of 4% Tenebrio molitor powder instead of soybean meal in broiler diet is more effective.
