摘要
为保证斜拉桥桥塔塔柱施工安全和施工质量,在塔柱横向内侧需要设置多道水平横撑,关于横撑布设尚无统一的方法。本文结合某空间双索面斜拉桥曲面异形桥塔施工,以桥塔截面“拉应力控制为主、线形控制为辅”作为控制原则,提出了横撑竖向位置和道数确定的施工节段模拟循环试算法,通过计算分析得出该桥塔仅需设置3道横撑,并通过主动调控横撑内力方法可以控制塔根部截面最大拉应力满足限制要求。工程实践应用表明,本文横撑布设方案能保证桥塔施工安全,同时达到了方便施工、缩短工期和降低造价的综合目标,取得了较好的实施效果。
In order to ensure the construction safety and construction quality of the tower columns of cable-stayed bridges,multiple horizontal braces need to be installed between the cross end sides of the tower columns,and now there is no unified method for laying out the braces.In the paper,combined with the construction of the curved special-shaped bridge tower in a space double cable plane cable-stayed bridge,it is taken as the control prineiple for the"tensile stress control as the main and linear control as the supplement",the segmental cycle trial algorithm for determining the vertical position and number of cross-braces during the bridge tower construction is proposed.Through calculations,it is obtained that only three cross:braces need to be set for the bridge tower and the maximum tensile stress of the root section of the tower can be controlled to meet the limit requirements by actively contolling the intermal force of the cross-brace.The application of engineering practice shows that the cross-brace layout scheme in this paper can ensure the safety of bridge tower construction,and at the same time achieve the comprehensive goals of convenient construction,shortening the construction period and reducing the cost,and have good implementation results.
