SBS改性沥青及其混合料高温性能试验对比分析 被引量:4

The Comparative Analysis of High Temperature Performance Test of SBS Modified Asphalt and its Mixture

摘要 为了研究不同SBS种类与其掺量对SBS改性沥青和其混合料高温性能的影响,从多个维度对其高温性能进行敏感性分析。采用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、车辙试验、汉堡浸水车辙试验对不同SBS掺量的星型、线型SBS改性沥青和混合料进行研究分析。试验表明,SBS改性沥青的G*与G*/sinδ对SBS掺量的敏感度随掺量的增加而提高,对改性剂类型的敏感度随SBS掺量的增加而降低。J nr对SBS掺量的敏感度随掺量的提高而下降,而对SBS类型的敏感度随SBS掺量的升高而增加。改性沥青混合料的动稳定度随着SBS掺量增加而增加,并且其对SBS改性剂类型更为敏感。数据归一化结果展现了DSR振荡试验对SBS掺量较为敏感;车辙试验和汉堡浸水车辙试验表明混合料对SBS改性剂的类型更为敏感,星型SBS改性沥青的高温性能更加优异。 In order to study the influence of different factors on the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt and mixture,the sensitivity analysis of SBS modified asphalt and mixture at high temperature is carried out from many dimensions.The star type and linear SBS modified asphalt and mixture with different SBS content were evaluated by dynamic shear rheological test,rut test and Hamburg immersion rut test.The results show that the sensitivity of G*and G*/sinδof SBS modified asphalt is enhancing as the content of SBS,while is decreasing with the types of SBS.J nr get promoted along with decline of SBS,and raised with augment of varities of SBS.The dynamic stability of modified asphalt mixture increse with the increase of the amount of SBS,and more sentive to SBS.Data normalization demonstrate that DSR has a better sensitive toward SBS content.To rutting test and hamburg wheel-tracking test,the mixture hold more sensitive to the kind of SBS.The high temperature performance of star SBS modified asphalt are even better.
