铣刨速度对泡沫沥青冷再生施工成本影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究铣刨速度对泡沫沥青冷再生施工成本的影响,进一步提高泡沫沥青冷再生的经济性。以不同铣刨速度,对南通洋兴线四安段沥青面层铣刨取样、筛分,分析不同铣刨速度下的RAP变化,设计目标配合比,计算分析施工成本。研究结果表明:RAP团聚现象是铣刨速度影响施工成本的主要原因之一;随着铣刨速度增大,厂拌、就地泡沫沥青冷再生施工成本均呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,并在铣刨速度6 m/min左右降至最低点;厂拌、就地泡沫沥青冷再生新添原材料成本占比与铣刨速度线性正相关。厂拌泡沫沥青冷再生中,铣刨速度应控制在4~7 m/min,以6 m/min为最合理;就地泡沫沥青冷再生施工速度应控制在4 m/min或5 m/min。 In order to explore the influence of milling speed on the construction cost of cold recycling foamed asphalt,further improve the economy of cold recycling foamed asphalt.The asphalt surface layer of Si′an section of Yangxing Line in Nantong was sampled and screened by milling at different milling speeds,and the RAP changes under different milling speeds were analyzed.The target mix ratio was designed and the construction cost was calculated and analyzed.The results show that RAP agglomeration is one of the main reasons that milling speed affects construction cost.With the increase of milling speed,the cold recycling construction cost of plant-mixed and in-place foamed asphalt showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing and falling to the lowest point at milling speed of 6 m/min.The proportion of the cost of new raw materials for cold recycling of plant-mixed and in-place foamed asphalt is positively correlated with milling speed.In the cold recycling of plant-mixed foamed asphalt,the milling speed should be controlled at 4~7 m/min,and 6 m/min is the most reasonable.The cold recycling construction speed of in-place foamed asphalt should be controlled at 4 m/min or 5 m/min.
