摘要
在乡村振兴和共同富裕的战略背景下,乡村非农就业对推动“三农”全面发展、加快城乡融合具有重要的现实意义.以江苏省53个县域单元为研究对象,测算了2000—2020年各县域乡村非农就业水平,分析其时空格局演变特征,并采用时空地理加权回归(GTWR)模型对驱动因素进行探究.结果显示:2000—2020年,江苏省乡村非农就业规模和水平总体呈上升趋势,且以2008年为拐点,之后趋于平缓;乡村非农就业水平呈现出由苏南向苏中、苏北依次递减的区域分布规律,内部就业结构中工业“一强独大”;GTWR揭示各影响因素呈现较强的时空异质性,时序上,各因素均发生明显波动,但经济发展水平、产业结构水平、交通发展水平、贸易开放水平始终为正效应,空间上,东南西北方向差异较大.
Under the strategic background of rural revitalization and common prosperity,rural non-farm employment has important practical significance for promoting the comprehensive development of"three rural"and accelerating the integration of urban and rural areas.Taking 53 county units in Jiangsu Province as the research object,the rural non-farm employment level(RNFEL)of each county from 2000 to 2020 is measured,and the evolution characteristics of its spatio-temporal pattern is analyzed.Meanwhile,based on the geographically and temporally weighted regression(GTWR)model,the influencing factors of RNFEL are systematically explored.The research results show as follows:the scale and level of rural non-farm employment generally present an upward trend,with 2008 as the turning point,and then tend to be flat;RNFEL shows a regional distribution law that decreases sequentially from southern Jiangsu to central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu.In the internal employment structure,the industry occupies a large proportion;GTWR analysis reveals that each influencing factor has strong spatio-temporal heterogeneity,in the terms of time series,all factors fluctuate significantly,but the levels of economic development,industrial structure,transport development,and trade openness are always positive.In the terms of spatial pattern,there are great differences between southeast and northwest of Jiangsu Province.
