摘要
为了对复杂曲面船用螺旋桨进行快速便捷的自动化建模,本文提出了基于Matlab与NX的船用螺旋桨三维自动建模方法。以JQ-5-81型螺旋桨为例,利用Matlab对型值点进行计算、转换与存储,并使用C++语言对NX进行二次开发,实现螺旋桨的自动化建模,对螺旋桨进行光顺性分析,同时通过Fluent软件对水动性能进行分析。分析结果表明,自动化建模的螺旋桨光顺性较好,敞水效率与图谱提供实验值的最大误差在6%以内,螺旋桨压力分布合理,证明了模型的准确性及可行性,极大的提升了螺旋桨的建模速度。该研究为螺旋桨性能改进提供了参考依据。
In order to quickly and easily automate the modeling of Marine propellers with complex surfaces,this paper proposes a 3D automatic modeling method of Marine propellers based on Matlab and NX software.Taking JQ-5-81 propeller as an example,Matlab was used to calculate,convert and store type value points,C++language was used to secondary development of NX,the automatic modeling of propeller was realized,and the smooth performance of propeller was analyzed.Finally,the hydrodynamic performance was analyzed by Fluent.The analysis results show that the automatic modeling of propeller smoothness is good,and the maximum error between the open-water efficiency and the experimental value provided by the map is within 6%,and the propeller pressure distribution is reasonable.This study proves the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the modeling method,which greatly improves the modeling speed of the propeller and provides convenience for the improvement of propeller performance.
