互联网+医教协同背景下佩顿四步法在住培医师培训中的应用

摘要 目的探索互联网+医教协同背景下佩顿四步法在住培医师培训中的效果。方法选取2015年9月—2022年6月在湛江中心人民医院住培医师共80名,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用传统教学法培训,观察组采用互联网+医教协同背景下佩顿四步法培训。比较两组住培医师接受培训后的自主学习能力、理论与实践技能成绩和临床诊疗能力。结果接受培训后两组住培医师自我动机、自我监控与调节能力、协作学习能力、获取及处理信息能力评分及总分均显著高于培训前,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接受培训后观察组住培医师理论与实践技能成绩及临床诊疗能力均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网+医教协同背景下佩顿四步法可显著提高住培医师的自主学习能力、理论与实践技能成绩及临床诊疗能力。 Objective To explore the effect of Peyton's four-step method in the training of resident physicians in the context of Internet+medical education synergy.Methods A total of 80 cases of resident physicians trained at Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital from September 2015 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was trained by the traditional teaching method,and the observation group was trained by the Peyton's four-step method in the context of Internet+medical education synergy.The independent learning ability,theoretical and practical skills performance and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the resident-trained physicians in the two groups after receiving training were compared.Results After the training,scores of the self-motivation,self-monitoring and regulation ability,collaborative learning ability,ability to obtain and process information and total score of the resident-trained physicians in two groups were significantly higher than those before the training,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After receiving training,the theoretical and practical skills scores and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the resident-trained physicians in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Peyton's four-step method in the context of Internet+medical education can significantly improve the independent learning ability,theoretical and practical skills performance and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of resident-trained physicians.
