摘要
目的探究护士分层管理模式应用于心血管内科护理管理工作中,对提升护士的各项临床技能、护理质量及护士对管理模式满意度的价值。方法选取2020年7月—2022年8月南华大学附属长沙中心医院心血管内科的46名护理人员为研究对象,于2020年7月—2021年7月开展传统管理模式(管理前),于2021年8月—2022年8月开展护士分层管理(管理后)。对比分析管理前后护士的各项临床技能、护理质量及护士对管理模式的满意度。结果管理后护士的考核成绩、病历书写、沟通交流、专科查房、病情观察、评价能力及再学习能力方面均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护士的服务态度、操作熟练度和规范性、宣教工作全面性以及家属满意度评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护士的学习兴趣、自学能力提升、帮助思维锻炼、操作技能提升及学习压力小方面的满意度均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护士分层管理模式应用于心血管内科护理管理工作中,对提升护士的各项临床技能、护理质量及护士对管理模式的满意度的价值显著。
Objective To investigate the value of applying nurse stratified management model to cardiovascular internal medicine nursing management to improve nurses'various clinical skills,nursing quality and nurses'satisfaction with the management model.Methods Selected 46 nurses from in Cardiovascular Medical of Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to South China University from October 2020 to November 2022 as the study objects,from October 2020 to October 2021,the traditional management mode was carried out(before management),and the hierarchical management was carried out from November 2021 to November 2022(after management).The clinical skills,nursing quality and nurses'satisfaction with management mode before and after management were analyzed.Results After management,nurses'assessment performance,medical record writing,communication,specialist ward rounds,condition observation,relearning ability were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,nurses'service attitude,operation proficiency and standardization,the comprehensiveness of propaganda and education work and family satisfaction scores were higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,nurses'satisfaction in learning interest,improvement of self-study ability,help thinking exercise,improvement of operation skills and low learning pressure were all higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of applying the nurses'tiered management model to the nursing management of cardiovascular medicine was significant in improving nurses'various clinical skills,nursing quality and nurses'satisfaction with the management model.
