摘要 一流本科教育是一流大学的底色,围绕本科教育的人才培养体系则是提升本科教育质量的关键点。上海交通大学生物医学工程专业基于成果导向教育理念,以学生为中心,构建了面向社会发展需求的高质量人才培养体系。该文从教学管理体制、人才培养顶层设计、课程体系、学生支持体系及持续改进机制建设等方面,详细介绍了上海交通大学生物医学工程专业基于成果导向的本科教育改革经验。这将对其他院校生物医学工程专业或类似工科专业实施工程教育认证起到借鉴作用,为促进高等教育面向社会需求、培养高质量工程人才提供有益的参考。 First class undergraduate education is the substrate for the first-class university,while the talent cultivation system is the key to improving the quality of undergraduate education.As the first ABET-accredited program in China's Mainland,Shanghai Jiao Tong University's biomedical engineering substantially redesigned its curriculum and education system based on student outcomes.This article outlines the substantial changes in administration,curriculum,and the student support system of the school of biomedical engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the aspect of outcome-based education(OBE).In addition,we aim to share our practice and experiences on how to build an OBE-oriented undergraduate engineering program.
