水旱双适小麦新品种平麦189选育 被引量:1

摘要 干旱已成为制约小麦生产的一个重大挑战,为培育出一个旱地稳产、水地高产的小麦新品种,平顶山市农业科学院以周麦16为母本,以自育抗旱丰产品系平麦02-16为父本进行有性杂交,经过14a不断定向选择、系统选择而育成的一个集高产、抗病、抗倒、抗旱、抗干热风和广适性强的小麦新品种平麦189。在选育过程中采用了以‘系谱法选育+低代品系(F1~F4代)水旱交替选择+高代品系(F5代后)水旱平行鉴定+多点多地广适性鉴定’为主的育种技术路线,这种育种方式充分发挥了环境压力的筛选作用,遗传基因表达更充分,更有助于后代的遗传分离和选择。平麦189适宜在河南省(除信阳和南阳的部分区域)、山东菏泽地区、安徽省的淮北地区、江苏省的淮北地区、陕西关中地区等地区种植。 Drought has become a major facor contraining wheat production.In order to breed a new wheat variety which has stable yield in dry land,and high yield in irrigated land,with‘Zhoumai 16’as the female parent and‘Pingmai 02-16’as the male parent,a new wheat variety‘Pingmai 189’was bred by Pingdingshan Academy of Agricultural Sciences after 14 years of directional and systematic selection,which had high yield,high resistance to disease,anti-lodging,anti-drought,anti-dry hot wind and wide adaptability.In the breeding process,technical route'pedigree breeding+alternative selection of irrigated and drought land for low generation lines(F1~F4 generations)+irrigated and drought land parallel identification of high generation lines(after F5 generations)+identification of multi-point and multi field adaptability'was used.This breeding method gave full play to the screening under environmental pressure,and the genetic genes were fully expressed,which was more conducive to the genetic separation and selection of offspring.‘Pingmai 189’is suitable for planting in Henan Province(except for areas such as Xinyang and Nanyang),Heze of Shandong Province,Huaibei area of Anhui and Jiangsu Province,Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province.
