摘要
从吉登斯的结构化理论来看,乡村档案治理共同体的形成是社会结构因素(规则与资源)、个体行动因素以及两者相互作用的结果。此外,乡村档案治理共同体还具有情感、责任与行动三种价值取向。因此,乡村档案治理共同体的结构化建设要从结构和行动两个维度切入,以有序化结构、高效化行动实现乡村档案治理的“善治”目标。
From Giddens’theory of structuration,the formation of rural archival governance community is a result of social structural factors(rules and resources),individual action factors and the interaction between the two kinds of factors.Besides,rural archival governance community also has three value orientations:emotion,responsibility and action.Therefore,the structured development of rural archival governance community should start from two dimensions:structure and action,and the goal of“good governance”of rural archival governance should be achieved with an orderly structure and efficient actions.
