摘要
为了增加煤层透气性,提高抽采效果,缓解矿井采掘接替紧张局面,在矿井南一采区3315工作面区域试验了地面L型井顶板分段压裂技术,通过微地震法和现场测试的方式,考察了地面L型井顶板分段压裂的有效影响范围和抽采效果。考察结果表明,水力压裂有效影响半径为110~120 m,压裂后煤层透气性最大提高56倍,累计抽采瓦斯量81.9万m^(3),最大日产气量3015 m^(3),最高瓦斯浓度89.4%,平均瓦斯浓度45.3%,有效降低了煤层的突出危险性。
In order to increase the permeability of coal seams,improve the extraction effect,and ease the tension of mining and replacement,the roof staged fracturing technology of surface L-shaped well was tested in the 3315 working face area of South No.1 mining area of the mine,through microseismic method and field test,the effective influence range and pumping effect of roof staged fracturing in surface L-shaped wells are investigated.The results show that,the effective influence radius of hydraulic fracturing is 110~120m,after fracturing,the gas permeability of the coal seam is increased by 56 times at most,the cumulative gas drainage volume is 819000 m^(3),the maximum daily gas production is 3015m^(3),the maximum gas concentration is 89.4%,and the average gas concentration is 45.3%,the outburst danger of coal seam is effectively reduced.
