摘要
区块链技术有助于解决当下建筑行业存在的信任度低、合作沟通效果差等问题,为建筑行业的数字化转型发展提供新机遇。现阶段,区块链技术在建筑行业中的应用逐渐成为学术界的研究热点,但还未有学者系统回顾国内外建筑领域区块链应用研究的现状。为此,对国内外建筑领域区块链相关文献进行梳理,统计分析文献的发表时间、期刊分布,归纳文献研究主题,剖析区块链的赋能机制,整理该技术的应用障碍,构建应用研究综合框架,最后提出后续研究方向。研究发现,建筑领域区块链的相关论文数量逐年增多,但研究仍处于探索阶段;英文研究数量较多且相对领先中文研究;研究主题聚焦于信息管理、合同管理、协同设计、供应链管理以及智能监测等方面;区块链技术可通过技术、组织和环境等方面赋能建筑业的数字化转型;该技术在技术、组织和环境方面存在应用障碍;学者可从拓展区块链的应用、提高利益相关方的使用意愿和明确区块链的应用策略等方面开展后续研究。系统梳理了区块链技术在建筑领域的应用现状,为后续建筑领域区块链技术的应用研究提供参考。
Blockchain technology can help solve the problems of low trust and poor cooperation and communication in the current construction industry,thus it can provide new choices for construction digitalization.At present,the application of blockchain technology in the construction industry has gradually become a research hotspot in the academia,but scholars have rarely reviewed the status quo of the application of blockchain in the construction industry in China and abroad.Therefore,this paper analyzed the related literature on the blockchain technology in the construction industry in China and abroad,illustrated the published time and distribution of journals,and summarized the research topics of the selected papers.The paper examined the empowerment mechanism of the blockchain,summed up the application obstacles in the construction industry,constructed the comprehensive framework for the research on the blockchain's application.Finally,future research agendawas put forward.The results showed that the number of the published papers on blockchain technology in the construction industry has been increasing year by year.The research is still at the exploration stage.There exit more English studies than Chinese ones,and the English studies are relatively ahead of Chinese ones.The research topics mainly focus on the information management,contract management,collaborative design,supply chain management,intelligent monitoring and etc.The technology can promote the digital transformation of the construction industry through technology empowerment,organization empowerment and environment empowerment.There exist technical,organizational and environmental obstacles on its application in the construction industry.Scholars can conduct further research on extending the application of the blockchain technology,promoting the stakeholders' usage intention and clarifying the strategies on blockchain application.This research systematically combs the application status of blockchain in the construction area.The results can provide reference for further research on the application of blockchain technology in the construction industry in the future.
