摘要
以不同粒径镁粉、无水乙醇为原料,碘为引发剂,添加惰性溶剂和第三组分制得了一系列不同性能的烷氧基镁载体,利用SEM、XRD、粒度分布分析等方法研究了镁粉粒径和第三组分对烷氧基镁载体性能的影响。实验结果表明,不同粒径的镁粉会影响制得的烷氧基镁载体的粒径分布;加入适量甲苯可显著降低烷氧基镁颗粒的平均粒径,控制烷氧基镁载体的粒度分布,并影响结晶过程;适量的长链醇可减少烷氧基镁颗粒的团聚,而过量的长链醇会使颗粒破碎,破坏颗粒的粒度分布。
Using magnesium powder with different particle size and absolute ethanol as raw materials,iodine as initiator,a series of alkoxy magnesium carrier with different properties were prepared by adding inert solvent and the third component.The effects of the particle size of magnesium powder and the third component on the properties of alkoxy magnesium carrier were studied by SEM,XRD,and particle size distribution analysis.The results show that magnesium powder with different particle size will affect the particle size distribution of the prepared carrier.Adding an appropriate amount of toluene can significantly reduce the average particle size of magnesium alkoxy particle,control the particle size distribution of the carrier and affect the crystallization process.Proper amount of long-chain alcohol can reduce particle agglomeration,while excessive long-chain alcohol will break the particles and destroy the particle distribution.
