摘要
作为有机防腐涂层中常用的填料,黏土的有机化改性效果对改善防腐涂层的综合性能至关重要。采用阳离子表面活性剂十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(TTAB)和硅烷偶联剂(SCA)复配得到的复合改性剂对伊蒙黏土进行了有机化改性,并通过接触角、傅里叶红外(FTIR)、热失重(TGA)和X射线衍射(XRD)等实验对有机化伊蒙黏土进行表征。实验结果表明:TTAB和SCA对伊蒙黏土的有机化改性效果较差,而二者形成的复合改性剂的效果明显优于单一改性剂,质量分数为4%TTAB+质量分数为6%SCA的复配组合可将有机化伊蒙黏土的接触角测试结果提高到112.9°;复合改性剂有机化改性后的伊蒙黏土热稳定性更高,且具有更大的片层间距。
As a common filler in organic anticorrosive coating,the organic modification of clay is very important to improve the comprehensive properties of anticorrosive coating.In this paper,organic modification of illite/mongolia(I/M)clay by the mixture of tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(TTAB)and silane coupling agent(SCA)was investigated.The characterization of organic I/M clay was also carried out by contact angle,FTIR,TGA and XRD measurements.The result indicated that the modification effect of the composite modifier was much better than that of each individual modifier.The contact angle of the organic I/M clay modified by 4%TTAB+6%SCA could be enhanced to 112.9°,and the organic I/M clay had higher thermal stability and larger lamellar spacing.
