摘要
对聚醚进行功能化修饰后,会导致聚醚极性增大,在溶剂油等油性溶剂中溶解度降低,进而导致以此为基础的油相助剂运动黏度过大,不利于管路输送。为此,通过加入助溶剂的方式,对功能化聚醚类助剂产品的运动黏度进行调节。实验证明,通过加入极性溶剂,有助于降低体系的运动黏度,但加入低闪点的溶剂容易使产品成为危险化学品。以某种新开发油相助剂为例,通过筛选,最终确定以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为助溶剂,可以使最终产品40℃运动黏度降低到30 mm^(2)/s以下,凝点低于-35℃,同时保证闪点高于60℃,效果最佳,最优加入量为10%。。
After functional modification of polyether,the polarity of polyether will increase,and its solubility in oily solvents such as solvent oil will decrease,which will lead to excessive kinematic viscosity of oil phase additives based on it,which is not conducive to pipeline transportation.Therefore,in this paper,the kinematic viscosity of functionalized polyether additives was adjusted by adding cosolvent.Experiments showed that adding polar solvents could help to reduce the kinematic viscosity of the system,but adding solvents with low flash point could easily make the products become dangerous chemicals.In this paper,taking a newly developed oil phase additive as an example,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)was selected as cosolvent,which could reduce the kinematic viscosity of the final product at 40℃to less than 30 mm^(2)·s^(-1),the freezing point to less than-35℃,and ensure the flash point to be higher than 60℃,the optimal addition was 10%,and the best effect was obtained.
