最佳掺水率和EGR组合下喷油正时对柴油机性能的影响

摘要 基于AVL⁃fire软件,以TBD234V6型柴油机为原机,在掺水率9%和EGR率0.1(最优组合)下,选定研究的低中高负荷的代表工况点分别为25%负荷、50%负荷、75%负荷,调节喷油提前角,研究柴油机性能.研究表明:低负荷时,喷油提前角为25°CA时,最高燃烧压力较高,燃油消耗率最低,排气中NO和SOOT含量满足排放条件,此时,喷油提前角不用调整;中负荷时,最佳喷油提前角为26°CA;高负荷时,最佳喷油提前角为27°CA. Based on AVL⁃fire software,taking TBD234V6 diesel engine as the original engine,under the water rate of 9%and EGR rate of 0.1(the optimal combination),the representative working conditions of low,medium and high load were selected as 25%load,50%load and 75%load respectively,and the injection advance Angle was adjusted to study the performance of the diesel engine.The research shows that when the injection advance Angle is 25°CA,the highest combustion pressure is higher and the fuel consumption rate is the lowest.Meanwhile,NO and SOOT contents in exhaust can satisfy the emission condition.At this time,the injection advance Angle need not be adjusted.At medium load,the optimal injection advance Angle is 26°CA.At high load,the optimal injection advance Angle is 27°CA.
