摘要
介绍了应用钢丝绳隔振器作为缓冲器件,配套核燃料组件容器运输载具的工作过程和方法。通过测定钢丝绳隔振器的刚度等力学性能,计算出振动传递率作为主要的设计依据,并通过模拟运输实验测定了实际的振动传递率,与设计预期进行了对比。该隔振器缓冲装置首先应用于田湾核燃料组件运输,效果良好。
The working process and method of using wire rope isolator as a buffer device to transport vehicles with nuclear fuel assembly containers were introduced.By measuring the stiffness and other mechanical properties of the wire rope isolator,the vibration transmission rate is calculated as the main design basis.The actual vibration transmission rate is measured by simulated transportation experiments and compared with the design expectations.The vibration isolator buffer device is first applied to the transportation of fuel assemblies in Tianwan,and the effect is good.
