摘要
高温煤焦油(High Temperature Coal Tar,HTCT)是以生产焦炭为目的的热解产物,其干馏温度一般为900~1000℃,密度一般大于1 g/cm^(3)主要由芳香族化合物组成,因其与中低温煤焦油相比化学组成更加复杂导致其精细化难度增加,再加上传统HTCT深加工方式所存在的“三高”问题,使得高温煤焦油精细化被扣上了“高污染”的帽子。本实验使用采用煤焦油轻质馏分油作为供氢溶剂油进行加氢精制反应其中煤焦油:供氢溶剂油体积比1∶2;在反应压力15.7 MPa;一反床层平均温度为296℃。二反床层的平均温度为348℃,体积空速为0.4 h~(-1)(相对于进料)。二反床层的密度从1098.0 Kg/m^(3)降至980.7 Kg/m^(3)。硫和氮的含量分别从4000μg/g和11565μg/g/g降至253μg/g和1813.2μg/g。脱硫率和脱氮率分别达到93.7%和84.3%。总金属去除率达到90%以上。
High Temperature Coal Tar(HTCT)is a pyrolysis product for the purpose of coke production.The pyrolysis Temperature is generally 900~1000℃,the density is generally greater than 1 g/cm^(3),and it is mainly composed of aromatic compounds.Compared with medium-low temperature coal tar,its chemical composition is more complex,which increases the difficulty of its refinement.Coupled with the“three high”problems existing in the traditional HTCT deep processing method,high-temperature coal tar refinement is labeled as“high pollution”.In this experiment,coal tar light distillate oil was used as hydrogen solvent oil for hydrorefining reaction.The volume ratio of coal tar to hydrogen solvent oil was 1∶2.The reaction pressure is 15.7 MPa;The average temperature of the bed is 296℃.The average temperature of the secondary reaction bed was 348℃,and the volumetric space velocity was 0.4 h-1(relative to the feed).The density of the secondary reaction bed decreased from 1098.0 Kg/m^(3) to 980.7 Kg/m^(3).The content of sulfur and nitrogen decreased from 4000μg/g and 11565μg/g to 253μg/g and 1813.2μg/g,respectively.The desulfurization rate and nitrogen removal rate reached 93.7%and 84.3%,respectively.The total metal removal rate reached more than 90%.
