摘要
目的探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年4月河南省淮滨县人民医院收治的86例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料,根据干预方式将患者分为对照组(n=42)及观察组(n=44),对照组患者采用常规健康教育,观察组患者采用基于跨理论模型的健康教育。比较2组患者干预前及干预后3个月的自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)评分以及SF-36量表(SF-36)评分。结果2组患者干预前CSMS各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者干预后CSMS各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组患者CSMS各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者干预前GSES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者干预后GSES评分高于干预前,且观察组患者GSES评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者干预前SF-36各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者干预后SF-36各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组患者SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于跨理论模型的健康教育应用于冠心病心绞痛患者中,有助于提升患者自我管理能力及自我效能感水平,有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the transtheoretical model in patients with angina pectoris from coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with angina pectoris admitted to Huaibin County People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were assigned to a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=44)following the intervention methods.The patients in the control group received routine health education and the patients in the observation group received the transtheoretical model-based health education.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES),coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS),and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in subscale and total scores of CSMS before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).The subscale and total scores of CSMS after intervention in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the subscale and total scores of CSMS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the GSES scores before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).The GSES scores after intervention in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,with the GSES scores in the observation group higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in subscale scores of the SF-36 before intervention between the 2 groups(P>0.05);the SF-36 subscale scores after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention in the 2 groups,with SF-36 subscale scores in the observation group higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on the transtheoretical model in patients with angina pectoris from coronary heart disease is conducive to improving their self-management ability and self-efficacy level and effectively raising their quality of life.
