摘要
公园满意度是当前国内建筑科学与工程、旅游、经济管理与可持续发展、林业、环境科学、文化与服务业经济、资源科学等学科的研究重点之一。以CNKI数据库收录的2003~2021年间研究公园满意度的628篇期刊文献作为数据基础,应用CiteSpace5.7R2软件通过科学计量对相关文献的发文情况、发文作者与机构、关键词聚焦等进行了分析,形成可视化的多维知识图谱进行了研究。结果显示:我国关于公园满意度的研究处在快速发展阶段,研究热点日趋多元化,主要内容是对特定公园类型或特定地点的游客满意度及影响因素的研究。通过关键词分析发现满意度、城市公园、主题公园等是该领域的关注焦点,此外游客感知、老龄化、生态旅游等是该领域未来发展的重要方向。但高校间有关该领域研究的学术交流尚显不足,理论研究有待深化,对微观层面的研究还处在发展阶段,值得深入研究。
Park satisfaction is research focuses of architectural science and engineering,tourism,economic management and sustainable development,forestry,environmental science,culture and service economy,resource science,etc.In this paper,628 journal articles on park satisfaction from 2003 to 2021 collected in the CNKI database are taken as the database,and citespace5.7R2 software is used to analyze the publications,authors,institutions,and key words focus of relevant pieces of literature through scientific metrology to form a visual multidimensional knowledge map for research.The results show that the research on park satisfaction in China is in the stage of rapid development,and the research hotspots are increasingly diversified.The main content is the research on visitor satisfaction and influencing factors of specific park types or specific locations.Through keyword analysis,it is found that satisfaction,urban parks,and theme parks are the focus of this field,and tourist perception,aging,and eco-tourism are important directions for the future development of this field.However,the academic exchange among universities in this field is still insufficient;the theoretical research needs to be deepened,and the research on the micro-level is still in the development stage,which is worthy of further study.
