微生物菌肥对水稻产量及土壤成分的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨微生物菌肥在冀北地区水稻种植上的适用性及应用效果,比较微生物菌肥、有机肥、牛粪和羊粪4种肥料,设置施肥量300 kg/667m^(2),500 kg/667m^(2),750 kg/667m^(2),800 kg/667m^(2),1000 kg/667m^(2),以不施肥为对照,共21个处理,研究了不同肥料和施肥量对水稻产量的影响,并对未施肥和施用微生物菌肥的土壤进行了取样分析。结果表明:经相关性分析水稻产量依次表现为微生物菌肥>有机肥>羊粪>牛粪,亩施用750kg微生物菌肥的水稻产量是516.01 kg/667m^(2),高于未施肥128.63%,高于亩施750kg有机肥8.70%。与未施肥相比,施用微生物菌肥后的土壤全氮、全磷、全钾含量分别增加40.4%、25.00%和4.60%;重金属砷、镉、铜、铅和汞含量下降19.84%、38.8%、2.20%、45.75%和82.40%。综合分析表明:施用750 kg/667m^(2)微生物菌肥作为基底肥,能有效增加水稻产量,提升土壤养分,降低土壤中重金属含量,适宜在北方半湿润单季稻作区水稻高产栽培中推广应用。 In order to explore the applicability and application effect of microbial fertilizer on rice planting in northern Hebei,four kinds of fertilizers,namely microbial bacterial fertilizer,organic fertilizer,cow manure and sheep manure,were compared.The fertilization amount was 300 kg/667m^(2),500 kg/667m^(2),750 kg/667m^(2),800 kg/667m^(2)and 1000 kg/667m^(2).With no fertilization as the control,a total of 21 treatments were used to study the effects of different fertilizers and fertilization amounts on rice yield,and the soil samples of no fertilization and microbial bacterial fertilizer application were analyzed.The results showed that the rice yield was in the order of microbial fertilizer>organic fertilizer>sheep dung>cow dung.The yield with 750kg microbial fertilizer per mu is 516.01 kg/667m^(2),128.63%higher than that without fertilization,and 8.70%higher than that with 750kg organic fertilizer per mu.The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in soil increased by 40.4%,25.00%and 4.60%respectively compared with that in soil without microbial fertilizer;The contents of arsenic,cadmium,copper,lead and mercury decreased by 19.84%,38.8%,2.20%,45.75%and 82.40%.According to comprehensive analysis,750kg microbial bacterial fertilizer per mu as basal fertilizer can effectively increase rice yield,improve soil nutrients,and reduce the content of heavy metals in soil,which is suitable for popularization and application in high-yield cultivation of rice in the northern semi humid single cropping rice region.
