摘要
校企合作承载着高职院校与产业或市场之间联结,高职院校通过合作,构建起符合社会和产业、企业需求的人才供给体系,并在与企业合作过程中,不断革新教学管理理念、改革教学管理形式、倡导管理理念人本化。高职教育管理目前呈现融入市场程度不足、与企业管理理念不同、辅助支持资源欠缺等情况,需要在进一步深化校企合作过程中,完善市场化旨向的职教育人机制,建设校企互融型管理体系,引入师生反馈建设校企合作正循环,持续更新优化教育管理支持资源,不断提升职教育人成效。
The college-enterprise cooperation gives full play to the combination of higher vocational colleges and industries or markets. On the cooperation, higher vocational colleges can build the talent supply system which meets the demands between the society and enterprises, innovate the teaching management concepts and forms continuously, and advocate the human-centered management concepts in the process of college-enterprise cooperation. At present, the educational management in higher vocational colleges is facing the following problems such as lack of market integration, different management concepts from enterprises, and insufficient auxiliary support resources. Therefore, in the process of further deepening the college-enterprise cooperation, higher vocational colleges should improve the market-oriented vocational education mechanism, build the management system integrated into colleges and enterprises, bring in teacher-student feedbacks to establish positive cycle of college-enterprise cooperation, and continuously update and optimize the support resources of educational management so as to constantly enhance the vocational education effectiveness.
