摘要
目的 探讨改良负压纠正器结合聚焦解决模式在乳头凹陷产妇中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年3月至2021年2月于我院进行产检并分娩的90例乳头凹陷产妇为研究对象,按照数字表法随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上施加改良负压纠正器结合聚焦解决模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的技能、个人内心评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的母乳喂养行为预测量表(BAPT)、母乳喂养自信心量表(BSES)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的母乳喂养成功率高于对照组,乳房胀痛、乳汁淤积发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 改良负压纠正器联合聚焦解决模式能增强乳头凹陷产妇母乳喂养自我效能感及喂养信心,改善其喂养行为和母乳喂养成功率,减少乳汁淤积与乳房胀痛发生,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of improved negative pressure corrector combined with focused solution mode in puerpera with crater nipple.Methods From March 2018 to February 2021,90 puerpera with crater nipple who underwent prenatal examination and gave birth in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the digital table method,the puerpera were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given improved negative pressure corrector combined with focused solution mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of skill and personal inner in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Breastfeeding Attrition Prediction Tool(BAPT)and Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale(BSES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidences of breast distending pain and milk deposition were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved negative pressure corrector combined with focused solution mode can enhance the self-efficacy and confidence of breastfeeding in puerpera with crater nipple,improve behavior and success rate of breastfeeding,and reduce the occurrence of milk deposition and breast tenderness,which is worth promoting.
