摘要
为了进一步深化产教融合、校企合作的教育理念,提高学生职业技能和职业素养、提升教师职业教育能力、改善教师对外服务交流环境,各高职院校纷纷尝试着与企业合作共建适合自身办学条件的“双师工作室”,遴选职业道德高尚、技艺技能精湛、育人水平高超的“骨干教师”与企业“优秀工程师”共同组织安排教学。产教结合、校企一体的办学模式是当前高职院校刚刚起步的一条新的发展之路,由于各个学校的实际情况不同,各专业的特点不同,所以具体做法也不尽相同。该文以广州铁路职业技术学院机电工程学院为例,就产教融合背景下双师工作室的建设与管理模式进行了介绍,为其他高职院校双师工作室的建设与管理提供参考借鉴。
In order to further deepen the educational concept of production and education integration,schoolenterprise cooperation,improve students’professional skills and quality,teachers’professional education ability,and improve teachers’external service communication environment,various higher vocational colleges have tried to cooperate with enterprises to build"double-qualified studios"suitable for their own school-running conditions,and selected"backbone teachers"with high professional ethics,exquisite skills and superb education level to organize and arrange teaching together with"excellent engineers"of enterprises.The school-running mode of"combination of production and education,integration of school and enterprise"is a new development road in higher vocational colleges at present.As the actual situation of each school is different and the characteristics of each major are different,the specific practices are also different.Taking the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an example,this paper introduces the construction and management mode of doubleteacher studios,which can provide reference for the construction and management of double-teacher studios in other higher vocational colleges.
