摘要
荥经黑砂器作为四川省荥经县的特色砂陶,是荥经人民勤劳与智慧的产物。随着科技的进步,陶瓷的性能与工艺发生了翻天覆地的变化。荥经黑砂传统的技艺如何适应工业化发展,荥经黑砂的文化传承与时代特征如何协调,成为众多研究者面对的难题。本文基于荥经黑砂陶瓷的原料组成及成分特点,提出了发展高热稳定性烹调用餐炊具产品的三条技术路线,为荥经黑砂的创新发展与传承保护提供新的参考思路。
Yingjing black sand ceramics, as the characteristic sand pottery of Yingjing county in Sichuan province, is the product of the diligence and wisdom of Yingjing people. With the advancement of technology, the performance and technology of ceramics have taken place earth-shaking changes, how to adapt the traditional skills of Yingjing black sand ceramics to the development of industrialization and how to coordinate the cultural inheritance of Yingjing black sand ceramics with the characteristics of the times have become difficult problems that many researchers have to face. Based on the raw material composition and composition characteristics of Yingjing black sand ceramics, this paper puts forward three technical routes for the development of high-heat stable cooking cookware products, which provides new reference ideas for the innovative development and inheritance and protection of Yingjing black sand ceramics.
