摘要
构建医学学科共同体推动成渝地区医学教育创新和高质量发展是成渝地区双城经济圈建设的题中应有之义,攸关“健康中国”“教育强国”等国家战略的实现。本文依循共同体理论和学科构成“知识—组织—制度—文化”的四个逻辑维度,着力探索构建知识共同体、组织共同体、制度共同体以及文化共同体“四维一体”的医学学科共同体。审视现实发现,成渝地区双城经济圈医学学科共同体还存在知识创新引领不足、学术组织协同不够、制度创新探索有限、学科文化交流不多等问题。为此,应推进知识融合创新,打造超学科知识共同体;推进组织跨界协同,打造超链接组织共同体;推进制度创新开放,打造立体化制度共同体;推进文化互融共生,创生多元化文化共同体。
Constructing the medical discipline community to promote the innovation and high-quality development of medical education in Chengdu-Chongqing area is an essential part of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic circle,and is crucial to the realization of national strategies such as“Healthy China”and“Strengthening Education”.Based on the four logical dimensions of“knowledge-organization-system-culture”,construction of a medical discipline community of knowledge community,organization community,system community and cultural community was explored.It is found that the medical community in Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic Circle still has some problems,such as lack of knowledge innovation guidance,insufficient academic organization coordination,limited institutional innovation exploration and lack of disciplinary and cultural exchanges.Therefore,it is suggested to promote knowledge fusion and innovation,build a multidisciplinary knowledge community,advance cross-border collaboration among organizations,build a community of hyperlinked organizations,push institutional innovation and opening,build a three-dimensional institutional community,promote cultural integration and coexistence,and create a diverse cultural community.
