摘要
NPT5型空气压缩机广泛应用于DF型直流内燃机车上,但是NPT5型空压机在使用过程中,经常会出现空压机润滑油乳化现象。文章详细分析了造成空压机润滑油乳化故障的两种原因,提出了4种故障改进措施,包括增设密封胶垫、水蒸发装置、自动排水阀装置,以及将活塞环换装为搭口环增加密封性。改进后,润滑油乳化问题得到了根本性地解决,提高了直流内燃机车压缩空气的可靠性。
NPT5 air compressor is widely used in Dongfeng DC drive diesel locomotive,but the lubricating oil emulsification often occurs during usage.The paper analyzes detailedly the two causes of the lubricating oil emulsification in the air compressor,and puts forward four measures including adding a sealing gasket,a water evaporation device,an automatic drain valve device,and replacing the piston ring with a lap ring to enhance sealing.After improvement,the problem of lubricating oil emulsification has been solved,improving the reliability of compressed air for DC diesel locomotive.
