摘要
为了合理安排棉纺企业后纺车间的生产计划,提升传统的只靠数据计算进行生产计划安排的方法,利用Flexsim建模仿真技术,建立后纺生产及入库流程仿真模型。通过仿真每天的生产,找出满意的生产安排方案,实现了精准、合理调配车间人员和设备,用好国家峰谷用电政策,达到最大程度避开高峰用电和提高人员和设备效率的效果,即承担了社会责任,又降低企业用工和用电费用,提升企业的竞争力。
In order to reasonably arrange the production plan of the post spinning workshop of a cotton spinning enterprise and improve the traditional method of production plan arrangement by only relying on data calculation,a simulation model of post spinning production and warehousing process is established by using Flexsim modeling and simulation technology.Through the simulation of daily production,it finds a satisfactory production arrangement scheme,realizes the accurate and reasonable deployment of workshop personnel and equipment,makes good use of the national peak valley power policy,and achieves the effect of avoiding peak power consumption to the maximum extent and improving the efficiency of personnel and equipment,which not only assumes social responsibility,but also reduces the cost of enterprise labor and electricity,and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.
