摘要
况时祥教授通过多年临证总结,认为眩晕的病位在于脑窍,但多责之于肝、脾、肾三脏功能的失常,临床致病因素繁多但总不离虚实两因。治疗该病强调辨明脏腑虚实,多行益肾调肝补脾、开窍活血通络之法,辅以养心安神、调摄情志,重视虫类药等活血药物的使用,倡导中西医结合诊治,临床疗效较佳。总结况时祥教授治疗眩晕临床经验。
To explore Professor Kuang Shixiang’s experience in treating vertigo. Through many years of clinical summary, Professor Kuang Shixiang believes that vertigo lies in the brain orifice, which is mostly responsible for the dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney. There are many pathogenic factors but there are always due to deficiency and excess. In treating vertigo, Professor Kuang Shixiang emphasizes the differentiation of the deficiency and reality of viscera, the method of reinforcing the kidney and regulating the liver and opening the body and promoting blood circulation and dredging collars, supplemented by nourishing the mind and calming the mind, regulating emotions, paying attention to the use of blood-activating drugs such as insect drugs, and advocating the combination of Chinese and Western medicine for diagnosis and treatment, with great clinical effects.
