摘要
综述了三维斑点追踪成像(3D-speckle tracking imaging,3D-STI)在评估心肌缺血、心肌梗死、瓣膜病、心肌病、与癌症治疗相关的心脏功能障碍及阵发性心房颤动等心脏疾病患者的左心室心肌功能中的应用现状,阐述了3D-STI在心脏疾病临床诊断、治疗方式选择及预测左心室结构和功能变化方面的作用,分析了3D-STI在临床应用中的优势和局限性。指出了随着三维成像技术的不断发展及三维应变测量的标准化,3D-STI在左心室心肌功能评价中将具有更广阔的临床应用前景。
The present situation of 3D-speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI)technology was introduced when applied to the assessment of left ventricular myocardial function in diseases such as myocardial ischemia,infarction,valvular disease,cardiomyopathy,cancer treatment-related cardiac dysfunction and tachyarrhythmia.The influence of 3D-STI on clinical diagnosis,the choice of treatment methods and the prediction of left ventricular function changes were discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of 3D-STI in clinical application were analyzed.It's pointed out 3D-STI would be applied widely in clinical fields with the continuous development of 3D imaging technology and the standardization of 3D strain measurement.
