摘要
西北地区某煤化工企业应用了闭式循环冷却水系统,并采用除盐水作为补充水,系统运行过程中循环水总铁始终偏高,长期超过国标《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB50050—2017)规定≤2 mg·L^(-1)的要求,存在比较严重的腐蚀问题。针对该煤化工企业闭式循环冷却水总铁超标问题,分析了循环水总铁浓度超标原因,并从优化水处理药剂配方、调节循环水pH、改变加药方式、加强微生物控制4个方面提出有效解决措施,为同行企业提供参考借鉴。
A coal chemical enterprise in northwest China adopts a closed circulation cooling device,and the closed circulating water uses desalted water as supplementary water.During the operation of the system,the total iron in circulating water was always on the high side,which exceeded the requirement of≤2 mg·L^(-1)stipulated in Design Code for the Treatment of Industrial circulating Cooling Water(GB50050—2017)for a long time,and there were serious corrosion problems.In this paper,in view of the problem of the total iron in the closed circulating cooling water exceeding the standard in the process of the coal chemical enterprise,the causes of the total iron mass concentration in the circulating water exceeding the standard were analyzed.And effective solutions were proposed from four aspects:optimizing the formulation of water treatment agents,adjusting the pH of the circulating water,changing the dosing method and strengthening the microbial control,so as to provide reference for the peer enterprises.
