摘要
针对某矿综采工作面瓦斯治理难题,根据瓦斯赋存规律及地质特征,采用高位钻孔抽采邻近层卸压瓦斯、高位巷抽采邻近层及采空区瓦斯、临近巷道及邻近采空区瓦斯抽采、回风隅角深孔预裂爆破放顶相结合的瓦斯综合治理模式。通过该模式的现场应用,显著提高了综采工作面及上隅角瓦斯治理效果,综采工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.5%以下,回风流瓦斯浓度控制在0.3%以下,保证了生产安全。
Aimed at the gas control problems in the fully-mechanized mining face of a mine,according to the gas occurrence law and geological characteristics,a gas comprehensive control mode is adopted,which combines the high level drilling to extract the pressure relief gas from the adjacent strata,the high level roadway to extract the gas from the adjacent strata and goaf,the adjacent roadway and the adjacent goaf,and the air return corner deep hole presplitting blasting to break the roof.Through the field application of this mode,the gas control effect in the upper corner of the fully-mechanized mining face has been significantly improved.The gas concentration in the upper corner of the fully mechanized mining face is controlled below 0.5%~0.6%,and the gas concentration in the return air flow is controlled below 0.3%,ensuring safe production.
